Yerevan/Mediamax/. The President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory telegram to the leader of Southern Ossetia Eduard Kokoyti on the Day of Republic.
“Southern Ossetia has had many achievements over the years of independence. It managed to overcome the severe outcomes of the war, achieve international recognition and embark on progressive development. I am sure the brotherly Southern Ossetia will have a brilliant future. The unshakable will, endless patriotism and valuable experience in state building are the most reliable basis for it”, Bako Sahakyan’s message reads.
