Yerevan /Mediamax/. Kremlin positively assesses the decision of the authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan to start peace talks.
TASS reports that this was stated today by the spokesperson of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov.
“It is clear that this is an extremely long process, but moving towards the signing of such a document is a positive fact in itself and is welcomed,” he said.
