Yerevan /Mediamax/. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated today that the opinion of the Russian leader Vladimir Putin about how the borders of Ukraine were delineated within the USSR does not relate to other former Soviet republics.
TASS reports that at the same time Peskov refused to answer what is the difference for the president between how the borders of Ukraine and, for example, Kazakhstan, were determined.
“We cannot set up a historical discussion platform with you now. I hope that you will have the opportunity to ask these additional questions in the course of the President’s next communications with the press,” he said.
