Nikol Pashinyan has noted he hopes that the newly appointed minister will be able to unite and centralize the entire diplomatic system to solve national and state problems.
“We are in a very difficult and difficult period. In some way the military burden is decreasing, due to known circumstances, but the diplomatic burden is increasing accordingly. I hope that Mr. Mnatsakanyan, who has great respect and authority in the diplomatic service, will assist in this issue,” said the Prime Minister, thanking former FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has noted, “I have no doubt that Mr. Ayvazyan has the necessary potential to lead the Foreign Ministry and advance our national agenda in the foreign policy.”
In his turn, Ara Ayvazyan has stated, “The continuation of Artsakh’s heroic struggle for survival is gradually being transferred from the battlefield to the diplomatic field and everyone understands the huge duty they have before the state, people and history. I am sure that at this stage, we will strive to do the impossible.”
