Yerevan /Mediamax/. European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) has received Armenia’s request for application of interim measures against Turkey in relation to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the court’s press service has told TASS.
The ECHR press service did not specify when the court would consider the request. Usually, it takes a few days.
On September 29, ECHR granted Armenia’s previous request for interim measures. In particular, the court urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to refrain from actions that might lead to violation of the civil rights indicated in the Convention.
