Yerevan /Mediamax/. Today, Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan had a telephone conversation with Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolay Patrushev.
Armen Grigoryan presented the situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border, spoke about the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan’s intentions to move the conflict to the territory of Armenia and the facts of targeting the civilian population.
Armen Grigoryan also noted the destabilizing position of Turkey, which has a negative impact on regional security.
Nikolay Patrushev expressed deep concern over the current situation and developments, emphasizing the need for a peaceful settlement of the conflict, the press service of the Security Council reported.
