Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia and Kazakhstan can take their cooperation further forward in economy - through new technologies - and in culture as well, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian said at the meeting with his Kazakh counterpart Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev in Nur-Sultan.
“The relationship between our two countries is that of friendship and partnership, and it is based on the efforts by our first president, Nursultan Nazabayev. He always kept an eye on the development of cooperation with Armenia and today we can state that the Armenia-Kazakhstan relations have a firm foundation,” said Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev.
The parties highlighted the role of Kazakhstan’s Armenian Diaspora in maintaining and developing the friendly relations between the two countries.
