Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan discussed issues related to the right of education of Armenians living in Georgia.
Armen Ashotyan touched upon the issue of classes of Armenian language and history in the Armenian schools of Georgia during his meeting with Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Tamar Sanikidze, the press release of the Ministry of Education and Science reads.
The Georgian Minister assured her Armenian counterpart that Armenian schools are free to organize Armenian language and history classes and the Georgian Ministry of Education and Science guaranteed that freedom.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed issues related to training of teachers of Armenian schools.
