Yerevan/Mediamax/. On September 1 "Ayb” school will open its doors to 69 pupils.

“Ayb” CEO David Sahakyan said in his interview to Mediamax, that there will be three 10th grades and one 11th grade at the school.

 

72% of the pupils will get scholarships from ''Ayb'' foundation, and the study of 63% of the pupils out of this 72% will be fully financed at the expense of ''Ayb'' foundation.

 

The yearly tuition fee in the school makes USD 6000.

 

''The main aim of the school is to educate children able to make a conscious choice of their future profession after leaving the school. If a child wants to become a journalist, he should be taught the peculiarities of this profession since his school time. Children must have credits in four majors in total. These are the core subjects in the first place - Mathematics, the Armenian and English languages. Art is in the second place, as communication with the wonderful is a must for an established personality. All the children will be engaged in various hobby groups.  Sport is in the third place, and social activity – in the fourth: children will try to contribute to the society and it is up to them – how'', said David Sahakyan.

 

The CEO of the foundation noted that ''Ayb'' is an Armenian school, and their aim is to create Armenian school brand worldwide.

 

''Our vision is in opening a network of Armenian schools all over the world. The lessons in the ''Ayb'' school will be in Armenian, and English will be our second working language'', said David Sahakyan.
