Yerevan/Mediamax/. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) improved its forecast on Armenia's GDP growth.

Armenia's GDP growth was enhanced by 1 % - up to 5 % - in the forecast of development of economies of Eastern Europe and Central Asia regions published by the bank.

EBRD improved Azerbaijan's GDP growth forecast by 1 % as well - up to 4%, “Kommersant Ukraina” writes.

As for the Eastern European countries, the EBRD's forecast doesn't exceed 2 %.

According to the forecast, Russia will register 3.5% economic growth.
