Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan visited the monument devoted to the 10th anniversary of the death of the Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan who had been brutally killed in Budapest and paid homage to his memory.
“10 years have passed and we’ve come here to pay homage to the Armenian officer. Our officer was killed only because he was Armenian and the murderer confessed he had been trained to kill an Armenian”, said Seyran Ohanyan.
The Armenian Defense Minister also visited Yerablur pantheon and laid flowers to Gurgen Margaryan’s tomb.
The Defense Minister also met with the family of Gurgen Margaryan.
