Azerbaijan violates ceasefire on the border with Artsakh and Armenia

Yerevan /Mediamax/. At around 2.00-2.30 p.m. today the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire, firing four 60mm mortar shells in the direction of the Khnushinak village of Artsakh’s Martuni region.

Artsakh Defense Ministry reports that there are no casualties on the Armenian side.

 

Armenia’s Ministry of Defense reports that today at around 1.10 p.m. units of Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire from firearms of different calibers in the direction of the Armenian combat positions located in the western section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

 

The adversary’s fire was silenced by the retaliatory actions of the Armenian side.
