Yerevan /Mediamax/. Command and staff trainings for senior officers of Armenian Armed Forces started in the Military College after Vazgen Sargsyan today.

The start of the command and staff trainings marks a brand new level of professional education of the staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry reports.

 

"Further development of knowledge and skills acquired in military institutions and in advanced training courses ensure the competence of the senior officer staff of Armenian Armed Forces in complex, interdepartmental and multinational environments, and simultaneously the qualification of a master of military administration", the press service of the Defense Ministry notes. 

 

Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, first Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan, members of NATO International Advisory Group which supported the Armenian Defense Ministry in the process of implementation of reforms in military education sphere and Military Attaché of Russia's Embassy in Armenia took part in the opening ceremony.
