Yerevan /Mediamax/. Yerevan Mayor’s Office refuted the news that they are planning partial dismantling in Abovyan, Pushkin and Nalbandyan streets intermediate sector that includes Dolmama restaurant as well.
This is stated by Yerevan Mayor’s Office .
“As per Armenian Government’s respective decision made in 2008 the above mentioned part was announced as a public interest. Local Developers Company, that is the owner of the sector, is still continuing property acquisition process and the Mayor’s office hasn’t released any project related to the construction of the sector. Thus, permits on demolition or dismantling of the area are not issued”, the statement reads.
Yerevan Mayor’s Office highlighted that there are 4 historical buildings in that sector and the position on them is clear, “they have to remain in the same place”.
