Yerevan/Mediamax/. The head of administration of the Ministry of Diaspora, the head of the Commission on Armenians of Syria, Firdus Zakharyan, expressed the hope today that the issue of resumption of Armavia’s flights to Aleppo will be resolved in the coming 2 days.
Talking to Mediamax’s correspondent he said that there are some positive shifts in this issue.
According to him, the Armenian children from Syria will continue their vacations in “Lusabats” camp of Hanqavan until the issue is resolved.
“I have talked to their parents and they understand everything. As for the kids, they are in a normal mood,” Firdus Zakharyan said.
On September 3, Armavia has temporary suspended flights to Aleppo because of the threats coming from Syrian rebels as well as due to the lack of communication with Syria.
“Thus, the safety of passengers is provided first of all,” Armavia’s report said.
