Yerevan /Mediamax/.The Armenian government is ready to properly receive and create necessary conditions for Armenian children and pupils moving from Aleppo to Armenia.
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said this at today’s governmental session.
“The situation in Syria is still unstable, the war continues entailing victims and destruction. Unfortunately, there are many victims among civilians as well. Over the period, Armenia has tried to support the Syrian Armenians who left their homes and come to Armenia as a result of the war. A few days ago, I responded to the shelling in Suleymaniye district in Aleppo, which, unfortunately, affected Armenians as well. At that time, there was an alarm to take children and pupils out of the war zone. In reply, I noted that the government was ready to properly receive and create necessary conditions for the children and pupils moving from Aleppo to Armenia”, said the PM.
“Hovik Abrahamyan assigned the competent bodies to provide detailed information about the situation at the next governmental session”, the governmental press service reported.
