Yerevan/Mediamax/. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has stated that the country “at an active stage of democratic reforms and we are determined to advance the agenda”.
“Our goal is to strengthen democratic institutions: form a truly independent judiciary, provide guarantees for free elections, wage an effective fight against corruption, and achieve other priority objective,” Nikol Pashinyan said at the meeting with outgoing Head of the Council of Europe Office in Yerevan Natalia Vutova on June 30.
Touching on judicial reforms, the Prime Minister has noted that the reform is aimed at restoring public confidence in the judiciary.
