Yerevan/Mediamax/. Today, by the decision of the Armenian government, Mayor of Alaverdi town, RPA member Artur Nalbandian was appointed Governor of Lori marz.
By another decision, the government relieved Aram Kocharian from the position of the Governor of Lori marz, basing on his own request.
Congratulating Artur Nalbandian on his appointment, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian noted that the new Governor of the region had been considered one of the best Mayors of the country.
