Yerevan /Mediamax. Artsakh Defense Army today has released a new video proving Azerbaijan’s use of phosphorus munitions containing elements of chemical weapons.
“It is a gross violation of international humanitarian law, norms and principles of customary law, the Geneva Conventions, as well as the provisions of the relevant UN conventions and documents. In addition to pursuing the goal of harming Armenian forces, Azerbaijan also aims to cause mass forest fires and create a real danger of environmental disaster in the area,” the army said in a statement.
