Yerevan /Mediamax/. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has held telephone talks with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts David Tonoyan and Zakir Hasanov.
TASS has reported the news, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
“Sergei Shoigu has called on his colleagues to fully implement the obligations of the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides in accordance with the agreements reached in Moscow on October 10,” said the Armenian Defense Ministry.
