Yerevan /Mediamax/. Representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated today that the city of Hadrut is fully controlled by the Artsakh Defense Army.
The annihilation of the members of the enemy’s subversive groups continues near the city, Artsrun Hovhannisyan noted.
The representative of the Defense Ministry said that today the enemy carried out active operations in almost all directions, actively using air force and UAV.
Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that prisoners and bodies were not exchanged because Azerbaijan does not allow representatives of international organizations to enter the zone of hostilities, and the exchange cannot be done without them.
