Yerevan/Mediamax/. On June 28 President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan visited the southeastern border of the republic and got acquainted on site with the situation at the frontline.

President Harutyunyan has stated that the ongoing bellicose statements of the Azerbaijani authorities demonstrate that the official Baku is not ready yet to discuss a peace agenda with Artsakh authorities, so it is an imperative to spare no effort to stem Azerbaijan’s possible military adventure and deliver a proportionate response.
