Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a meeting with Johannes Hahn, Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations in Prague today.
Armenian Foreign Ministry press service informed that the main subject of discussion was the situation in the NK-Azerbaijan conflict zone, which resulted from the large-scale military operations Azerbaijan unleashed against Artsakh.
Edward Nalbandian presented the joint efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Ch-Chairs and Armenia in mitigating the consequences of Azerbaijan’s aggression and creating a favorable environment for renewing the negotiations.
It was emphasized that the issue doesn’t have a military solution. Johannes Hahn noted that the EU supports the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group in exclusively peaceful settlement of the issue.
