Yerevan/Mediamax/. NKR State Commission for POWs, Hostages and Missing Persons has carried out an exchange of bodies near the village of Bash Karvend with the Azerbaijani side.

It was carried out by mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative.
