Yerevan /Mediamax/. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has committed to drawing near to the helicopter downed by Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan informed it today, Mediamax’s correspondent reported from Artsakh.
The NKR Defense Minister stressed that the helicopter flights took place in Artsakh air space and they were part of the tactical exercises.
“If the rival had logic and responsibility, it would not undertake such actions”, said the Commander of NKR Defense Army.
“These two days the level of shooting activities is quite high in that part; the rival attempts not to let us draw near to the downed helicopter”, added Movses Hakobyan.
He also said the Foreign Ministry and the international infrastructures have already responded to it, but “it is only the army’s business, what actions it will undertake”.
