Mediamax notes that on February 2, 2022 Ararat Mirzoyan said:

“It is important to emphasize that this is not a bilateral visit, it should not be considered in that context. It is an international diplomatic event in which Armenia may decide to take part. I will not see any problem in participation. Even if the participation is associated with the process of normalizing relations with Turkey, there is nothing but positive shades here.”
