Yerevan /Mediamax/. Ahead of the meeting of the special envoys of Armenia and Turkey, the deputy speaker of Armenia’s parliament, special envoy for normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations Ruben Rubinyan met in Moscow with the Russian deputy foreign minister Andrey Rudenko.
The sides exchanged ideas on the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Turkey, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
