Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs discussed the operative situation in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone in Moscow today.

According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, at the meeting Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said that “despite the joint statement of foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on ceasefire adopted on October 10, Azerbaijan is still not implementing its commitment and continues large-scale hostilities, and deliberate targeting of civilians and infrastructure.”

He especially highlighted the need of introducing on-site verification systems as an important element for ceasefire and strengthening that regime.
