Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko in Moscow today.
“Urgent issues of bilateral relations and regional security, including the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border have been discussed,” the statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry reads.
“The parties confirmed mutual intention to continue the close cooperation aimed at fighting the coronavirus pandemic and its consequences, as well as facilitating the return of two countries’ citizens to their motherlands.
The Russian side has expressed interest in the stable and democratic development of Armenia, sustainable deepening of our multifaceted strategic cooperation, solution of emerging problems in a mutually beneficial constructive way, typical of allied relations between our countries and peoples,” Russian Foreign Ministry stated reports.
