Yerevan /Mediamax/. Co-Founder of UWC Dilijan International School and Chairman of the Board of Directors Veronika Zonabend called on the children of Armenia and their parents to submit their applications before the deadline (February 17).
“People of the post-Soviet countries tend to ignore the given opportunities as the goal seems either impossible or unreachable. But efforts are required as nothing happens on its own”, she said.
It should be recalled that at 11:00, on January 25, Open Doors Day will be held at Paramaz Avetisyan building of American University of Armenia for everyone interested in studying in the UWC system.
The school will open its doors to 90 students aged 16-18 in September, 2014.
The interested people can get acquainted with the details of the admission process on the website of the UWC Armenian National Committee – www.am.uwc.org – or by calling (010) 583346.
Director of UWC Dilijan John Puddefoot spoke about the school in detail today.
