Yerevan /Mediamax/. Defense Army of Artsakh has stated that it is “already conducting powerful strikes on crucial military facilities in deep rear of Azerbaijan.”
“The emery continues targeting civilian population, that in capital Stepanakert as well, using weapons prohibited by the international humanitarian law.
Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for increasing the tension in the conflict zone by one more degree,” the Defense Army said.
