Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian government has declared martial law and general mobilization, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced today.
“The decision comes into force upon publication. I call on the personnel attached to the troops to report to their regional military commissariats. For homeland, for victory!” said Pashinyan.
