Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan is constantly in contact with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk, spokesperson of the Defense Ministry Shushan Stepanyan stated.

“During the latest conversation, the Minister said that the personnel and the commanders were instructed to maintain restraint, and in case of enemy’s provocations on the Armenian borders respond as necessary, up to capturing new advantageous positions,” said Shushan Stepanyan.

In the afternoon on July 12, Azerbaijan began provocative actions on the border with Armenia.
