Yerevan /Mediamax/. Chiefs of Armenian and Azerbaijani Armed Forces General Staffs had a meeting in Moscow.

Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan stated this at the government session today, noticing that the sides agreed on ceasefire as a result of the meeting.

“Owing to corresponding events and volunteer movement to NKR from Armenia within the mutual assistance agreement, the level of combat effectiveness and readiness, as well as compat capacities and organized defense order of Defense Army today allow to say that it is ready to respond to any actions conducted by the rival,” said the Minister.
