Yerevan /Mediamax/. NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan said that "there won’t be changes in our borders and even if it happens, it will be at the expense of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity”.

Movses Hakobyan said this during his interview to Artsakh Public TV.

“The frontline units excellently fulfill their duties. As of now and in future, the frontline is inviolable and no one can replace this borderline with any other line”, he said.

The Minister noted that the recent actions evidence that “having failed the negotiation process, the rival is trying to destabilize the situation”.

The Defense Army Commander noted that only one unit of the rival takes active actions while others are passive. He noted that “besides throwing back the rival, the special units of the Defense Army also carried out some punitive actions”.

Movses Hakobyan considers appointment of new Defense Minister and his attempts “to establish himself” one of the reasons for the rival’s activation.

“The Azerbaijani society should understand that the number of casualties is only increasing because of its leadership’s risky ventures”, said the Minister noting that judging from the recent events, the rival remained the same - only some types of armament changed.
