Yerevan /Mediamax/. The public will be informed beforehand about the change of the date of upcoming meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers.
Spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan told Mediamax about it answering the question whether the scheduled meeting is still going to take place.
It should be recalled that Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov are scheduled to meet this week which was stated by the Armenian FM in Lima.
A few days before the scheduled meeting, on the night of January 19 and January 20 morning, the Azerbaijani subversive groups made attempts to enter the NKR territory in the northeastern (Jraberd) and southeastern (Korgan) directions of the contact line between NKR and Azerbaijani troops. As a result of the mutual firing, junior sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan was killed of bullet wound.
During his meeting with NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan a day before, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian called the organized subversive actions an attempt to hinder the talks scheduled this week.
