Yerevan/Mediamax/. According to the poll conducted by Gallup International Association by the request of “Armenia” TV, on the eve of elections the leading parties are the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and “Prosperous Armenia Party” (PAP).
The poll was conducted among 1080 voters across the whole territory of Armenia on April 19-23.
Director of the Armenian representation of Gallup International Association, Aram Navasardyan, said that 76% of voters are going to take part in elections.
In reply to a question: “Which party would you vote for if the elections were held this Sunday?”- 27,4% of voters named RPA, 20,9% - PAP, 8,5% - the Armenian National Congress, 4,4%- “Heritage”, 4,2%- “Orinats Yerkir” and 3,7%- “Dashnaktsutyun”. 11,8% of the polled refused to answer the question and 9,4% found it difficult to answer.
42% of the polled think that nothing will change in the country after elections, 8% anticipate positive changes and 33% believe there will be some changes.
