Yerevan /Mediamax/. Within the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE), an inspection group of the Armenian Defense Ministry paid a visit to Republic of Turkey on November 5-12.
The 9th army corps of the 3rd field army of Turkey located in Ardaghan and Sarighamish will be inspected, Mediamax was told in the Armenian Defense Ministry's press service.
During the inspection, the number of military equipment and arms limited under the contract (battle tanks, infantry combat vehicles, artillery) will be monitored.
Mediamax notes that the Armenian military servicemen inspected the 14th mechanized infantry brigade of the 9th army corps of the 3rd field army of Turkey (Kars) and 5th border regiment of the 1st motorized infantry brigade (Igdir) on November 26- December 3, 2012.
