Yerevan /Mediamax/. Lithuania’s government will donate to Armenia 50,000 doses of Spikevax vaccine manufactured by Moderna company.
This was stated by Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė.
“I am glad that we can provide to the people of Armenian not only AstraZeneca, but also Moderna vaccines,” she said.
For the first time Armenia will receive the vaccine manufactured by Moderna.
A representative from Lithuanian Embassy in Armenia said that “Lithuania will continue to contribute to the EU’s global initiatives to manage the pandemic.”
