Yerevan /Mediamax/. The office of former Armenian president Robert Kocharyan has issued a statement urging people to “take responsibility for our country at this critical moment and stand by the Armed Forces, the Armenian army.”
“A government that has lost a war and handed over territories must go. That is the first essential step required for our national revival, that is the objective of today,” reads the statement.
