Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan convened an urgent consultation on April 13 with the participation of the parliamentary forces.
“The head of the country noted that the meeting has been convened at the request of a number of NGOs operating in Artsakh in regard of serious concerns among people following the statement of the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly on April 13 about lowering the bar of Artsakh status,” the news release reads.
“Our public forwards clear demands which we must meet by organizing comprehensive discussions,” Harutyunyan stressed.
