Yerevan /Mediamax/. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has stated that Baku is ready for normal relations with Yerevan if "healthy forces” come to power in Armenia.

RIA Novosti reports that Aliyev has made this remark in his address to the people. In his words, “now there is a deep internal crisis in Armenia.”

“Most likely, after this crisis, healthy forces will come to power in Armenia. If so, we are ready to establish normal relations,” Aliyev said.
