Yerevan /Mediamax/. Vice President of Turkey Fuat Oktay thinks that the situation in Karabakh cannot be resolved without Turkey’s participation.
TASS reports that Oktay has told CNN Turk:
“Russia has tried to find a solution, to negotiate with the leaders of the two countries, but failed. The fact that Turkey was not present at the negotiating table was a big omission. Aliyev stated that there can be no solution without Turkey.”
Fuat Oktay has noted that “Russia is one of the countries, with which Turkey has managed to build healthier relations.”
“We may have problems, but there may be areas where we can work together. If anything changes in this regard, Turkey will state it sincerely,” added Oktay.
