Yerevan /Mediamax/. Today, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with the Director-General of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) and presented the situation created in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone as a result of the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan.
Mnatsakanyan presented the facts of humiliating treatment, torture and murder of the civilian population of Artsakh, prisoners of war, noting that “human rights and their protection are universal, regardless of the status of the territory, and any other comment in this regard is categorically unacceptable.
ICRC Director-General highlighted the importance of diplomatic efforts aimed at implementing the ceasefire agreement and the agreement on the collection and exchange of bodies of victims.
