Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree dismissing David Virabyan as Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) on the grounds of the suggestion by acting PM Nikol Pashinyan.

With another decree, President Sarkissian appointed Victor Biyagov to that position (with residence in Moscow).

Victor Biyagov previously served as Head of Department of Foreign Relations in the Armenian National Assembly Staff.
