Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan has approved the government’s decision to dismiss Levon Mnatsakanyan as Director of the State Service of Emergency Situations.

The President has signed today the decree appointing Levon Mnatsakanyan the Chief of Police.

In summer 2018 Mnatsakanyan was dismissed as Defense Minister of Artsakh and appointed Director of the State Service of Emergency Situations.

Chief of Artsakh Police Igor Grigoryan has been relieved from duties and appointed Advisor and Representative at large of President of Artsakh.

By another decree, Bako Sahakyan dismissed Vitaly Balasanyan from the position of Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council.
