Yerevan /Mediamax/. Foreign military attachés accredited in Armenia took part in a number of events organized by the Armenian Defense Ministry on November 4-7.

On November 5, the group of military attachés took part in the solemn events devoted to the Scout Day of Armenian Armed Forces and visited one of the military units located at Armenia's north-eastern border next day. Within the visit, the military attachés also visited the fighting positions to get acquainted with the living conditions of the military servicemen on the combat duty in the frontline and talk to them.

On November 7, the visit continued in one of the subdivisions of the second army unit. The events were summed up in the Armenian Defense Ministry during the meeting with First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia Davit Tonoyan on the same day.

The military attachés shared their impressions with Davit Tonoyan, then they were informed about the process of defense reforms, the vision of the Armenian military-political leadership on the recent developments in the region, preparatory works of the second phase of the process of defense strategy review.

Military attachés of U.S., Austria, Germany, Iran, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Kazakhstan, UK, Switzerland, Czech Republic, China, Romania, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine and France took part in the events.
