Yerevan /Mediamax/. Deep Purple lead singer Ian Gillan and Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi may start working on their joint album.
Ian Gillan said this in Mediamax's office during a press conference today. Speaking on his further plans, the rock musician said that "should have a bit of rest from Deep Purple projects and he now talks about the possibility of start of the new album together with Tony Iommi".
Mediamax recalls that Ian Gillan and Tony Iommi co-founded WhoCares supergroup to raise funds for Gyumri N6 music school in 2010. In May 2011, Edel Music company released the first WhoCares single with new 2 songs - Out of My Mind and Holy Water.
