Yerevan /Mediamax/. Presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin, respectively, have discussed today the situation on the border between the two countries, said the press service of Ilham Aliyev.
“President Aliyev has called President Putin on June 18 and expressed his regret that he will not be able to attend the Victory Parade in Moscow on June 24 because of the quarantine in Azerbaijan, although his participation in the event was planned initially.
