Yerevan, February 20. /Mediamax/. Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan called to incumbent President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan to congratulate on his re-election, Mediamax was informed in the Office of the second President of Armenia.
It was noted here that Robert Kocharyan is currently abroad.
